A muthafuckin CLASSIC. Real smooth West Coast Gangsta Shit. From Death Row's Snoop Doggy Dogg Greatest Hits, way more better then the version from "The Lost Sessions". Snoop Doggy Dogg featuring Bad Azz, Mack 10, Kurupt, Techniec and Threat. My favorite verses from this track are from Kurupt and Mack 10. What y'all think about this record?

I co-sign this thread. The beat sticks in my head for days once I've listened to it. Classic.

Love this track
95 - 01, Tha Dogg Pound could do no wrong :)
-
I liked hearing the solo one though. People be bitchin that Wide Awake released unfinished work or songs with similar or same lyrics. I say fuck those fans for that. Its what i wanna hear. Even if the beat was used again somewhere or the lyrics, its cool to listen to demos and "what could have been's". Maybe the mastering wasnt good but hey we got our chance to hear em
-
always liked party people so this was refreshing to hear
-
I agree. I like the "Death Row Snoop Doggy Dogg's Greatest Hits" version better than "The Lost Sessions" version. It was kind of cool to hear the original though.
-
would be hot if anyone could put the beginning of "Keep it Real Dogg" with the first Snoop verse and mix it with the Legit version that was released on Death Row Snoop's Greatest Hits
-
Love the track. My main reason for picking up the Greatest Hits CD. :)
The alternate version on the Lost Sessions is a nice addition to the library too 8)

-
The name of the track is NOT "Party People", it's "Keep It Real" on the Death Row's Snoop Doggy Dogg Greatest Hits.
-

garbage recycled...thats the only way i can describe it. need to stop living in the past...we need some new music to get excited about.
The rap game is run by old men...Dre,Jay Z, Snoop, Cube, even Tha Doggpound can be considered old timers now.
Non of the above would ever drop a real classic again. They should give support to a young hungry artist, and WIDEawake should stop releasing the older tracks from the vault. Come with the Crooked I, Petey, Eastwood albums...lets see what they were about

see your type is problem with hip hop & it is bullshit. the old men still do it better then any of youngsters or new school . without us oldmen you would have no hip hop or rap at all . so shut up with disrespectful ,ignorant , closeminded thinking because there is no age in hip ho por any music at all. only stupid ass youngsters who are just mad because that can't do better then old men. so shut up with that shit because you are wrong as hell.
