if its a very similar or the same beat, and its by the same producer, then the producer needs to be held accountable

although, if u remember the ras kass/alchemist beef, alc said he hasn't heard anything back from ras kass so then sold the beat on to jadakiss...prolly easily done if the communication isnt there
