Sitting with E Smith and Doug Smith talkin Hoops...Doug just heard that AI left Memphis for personal reasons....not a shock.44 minutes ago from TwitterBerry

both....he was granted permission to leave the team and went to his offseason home in Atlanta.
he's out indefinitely.

what a loser , he should be banned from playing in the NBA ...

He could have been a nice element for a contender with the right mentality .... players like Manu , LO and Sheed have accepted to start on the bench because they want to win and understand their respective teams will be better with em coming off the bench ...

not as of yet because he was given permission to leave.
but it doesn't seem like he's going to be back so he'll probably be released.
