The reason they are winning these games is because of Chris Johnson. In these past three games his carries have increased. They are able to control the tempo of the game because of their success running.

CJ has been amazing all season long and we started 0-6

To start 0-6 and now be 3-0 (in terms of Quarterback era's this year), to try and 100%, completely deny that that has absolutely anything to do with the QB - your lying to yourself. That just doesn't happen.

Yeah, that's about right. But still not a playoff team this year and we'll know that for sure at the end. I still don't see the debate. Yes he should have started Young earlier, but after last season he made the right choice to start Collins, and by the time he should have made the switch week 4 or 5 they still would have gotten killed by the Colts and Pats in those weeks no matter who was QB.
I think you're too adamant about this. No one is calling for Collins to return or saying they were right to start him in hindsight. It was just bad luck is all. What they can do now is prepare for next year by earning respect this year, and hope Jim Irsay tries to rape Olivia Manning and Peyton walks off the team and out of the division.

Imo, if they finish 9-7 (don't forget it would be 10-6 if we were 4-5) i'm right. Even 8-8 (9-7) gives them a shot if they started 1-5 instead.

lol wee are lookin for bye n homefield son. we have raiders,browns,lions,vikings,chargers,cheifs. I mean we should beat those weak teams, viks and chargers will be tests especially the vikings, im looking forward to it. No one thought we would beat the ravens and steelers twice either. And there is always slip ups with the weaker teams but its looking good for us right now.

Like I said, we'll see how the season plays out. 9-7 isn't good enough for a wildcard, but it's possible with the current wildcard teams. They go 8-8 or better and the WC winner is 9-7 then I'll agree. But they lose their next 3 games and I'll disagree.

Simply put, you get the ball into your best player's hands. And it's not as common for RB's these days to get 20-25 carries any more. Everyone has their 2 RB's that they like to spell.

22 against the Jets, far off. He ran less because we were always playing catch up and had to throw the ball to try and mount a come back. Thankfully under Young, no need for that.

27 points allowed against SF and still a win.
Young plays his own defense; converting 3rd downs, not turning over the football, keeping drives alive with his feet, etc.
This is in itself, defense by keeping the defense off the field. Part of the reason the defense sucked so bad before Young came in was Collins couldn't keep the offense on the field.

last year we coped and won the division. It's honestly fine by me. No excuses. We should be good enough to compete for wild card, year in, year out.
