it samples some guy named norman connor. i remember looking it up a while ago because a portion of the beat reminded me of trife life by mobb deep and it turned out they sampled the same song.

Was my favorite of that album. That and Thicker Than Water. Boy, I lov Val Youngs vocals, on anything she did.
