Title: Need help again on finding a song

ok i dont have as much detail for this song as i did the last. its a old school joint, me and my dad used to listen to it when he took me to school, it used to be on the radio like all the time, it may be R&B or hip hop not shure. from what i remeber of it it went somtin like this...

"shes got the potion in the motion to cure my ill, shes got skills"

thats all i can remeber, lol, can some 1 PLEASE help me on the name of this song or the artist.
