I usually get drunk with my friends and go shopping (mainly for myself) at like 5am on black friday. So those ads help.

most Apple products never really get alot of sales... i think the best you are going to see is stores throwing in Gift Cards if you buy an iPod and stuff like that

Yeah, they sell so well anyways, that they're usually not discounted. At least not at any of the spots I've ever hit up for Obama Friday.

If you're not in line right now, then you're not getting shit. Black Friday used to be a low-key event 4 or 5 years ago. Now, its the most commercial sale event of the year. If anyone even thinks they're getting a deal this year, they are sadly mistaken. I've gotten over 50% off on my purchases on previous Black Fridays, but this year I won't even waste my time.
In the middle of the Christmas shopping season will have better deals because most people would of stopped shopping by then.

I heard that they're were gonna open a lot of stores 24hrs so people don't have to line up and get trampled and die this year. So they can wait in the store but that sale won't kick in till like 9am or whatever.
