It's the R U Still Down agreement. There's a document which I have and various others do as well naming what Death Row had stored in the pacific storage archives.

I'll post what I posted over there...

Head Doctor is on later drafts of the album, and it's no where to be found on any Doggumentary DAT's/Tracklistings. I know a lot of people believe it was meant for the Doggumentary but it clearly was not.

you're right. there is proof in the Doggfather booklet.

"Raphael Saddiq appears courtesy of Mercury Records"

anyone else find that strange considering he is not on the Doggfather album at all?  "Head Doctor" appears to have been cut at the last minute and they forgot to take the mention of Raphael Saddiq from the credits.

Raphael Saddiq actually appeared on the album...he played guitar on "Sixx Minutes". Speaking of that track, haven't listened to the album in a long time, but did anyone else pick up on the additional vocals at the end from K-Ci from Jodeci starting at the 4:11 mark? I never picked up on that before.

Also that tracklist looks made up. "Too High" and "Poly High" are the same tracks, same with "Party People" and "Keep It Real Dogg". Also, the title track was confirmed to appear on the album (Snoop performs it at the Death Row House of Blues show that was released on DVD; that show was a couple weeks before this supposed tracklist was released)

This makes me wonder why Tha Doggfather turned out the way it did in retail form. Any reasons for those particular songs to have been removed and replaced with what ended up getting released?

That seems to be an early draft of tha Doggfather, it's actually one of many Doggfather DAT's in their inventory, I found one here that is labeled 10/1/96, it was the closest one to the release date (11/12/96) I could find, notice they still ended up making a couple changes...

1.   Ride 4 Me
2.   Up Jump The Boogie
3.   Vapors
4.     You Thought
5.      (Tear 'em Off) Me & My Doggs
6.   Doggfather
7.   When I Grow Up
8.   Snoop Bounce
9.   Gold Rush
10.   Freestyle Conversation
11.   Down town Assassins
12.   Groupie
13.   2001
14.   Sixx minutes
15.   Hot Line
16.    Head Doctor
17.   Snoop Upside Your Head
18.   Traffic Jam
19.   Doggy Land
20.   Blue Berry
21.   Soldier Story

That's actually backwards. Some of the DAT's were labeled backwards such as Doggumentary.
