For those who "God" I have a question for you. The laws of the universe state that nothing is ever lost. When two elements collide and fuse into one element, weight is lost but energy is created(example: the sun). What happens to your thoughts, state of mind, soul when you die? I'm not implying anything for the record, I'm just asking.

basically, your asking a type of question like  who is god, or if god really exists. because noone can answer that questions correctly.

unless some fanatic says "it all goes to heaven" without ant explanation. or such (any religion whether it be christianity or Buddhism). i mean how can u ask that and expect someone to give you a correct answer.

I wasn't expecting a "correct" answer I was asking for an opinion

But how can I honor somebody who commits like 6 outta 10 of them? How could I honor that? Right? That's what I say to God. :) True story.

Here's a better question. Where was your soul before you were born? (soul to me means identity). It didn't exist. You as a person didn't exist. Your soul isn't energy. Energy is physical. The energy that makes up your body will break up when you die and go on to do something else (like what it was doing before you were born). But you as a single identity will cease to exist. The energy doesn't "disappear". It simply goes on to do something else.

Here's another question. How can your identity be immortal when its been shown you can fuck with someone brain and fuck up their memories, and even reduce someone's intelligence to the level of an animal?
