Title: good bay area/south/east coast forums?

can anyone suggest any good forums that focus on rap from the south or east coast or the bay area? looking for some good forums with hook ups and discussion. Outbound kind of lacks in variety, the south gets hated on very heavily.

East coast not really but they have everything from bay area to mid-west and south covered good, bay area especially.
