Title: who did Celly Cel & E-40 sample on this track? DJ Quik maybe?

Off Celly's album It'z Real Out Here from 2005, its called D-Boyz ft E-40. i pulled this cd off the shelf and i recognize this beat, DJ Quik comes to mind; maybe something he did for Amir but i cant find his shit anywhere to compare so someone help me on this one.
