I doubt Pac would appreciate one nerd keeping his unreleased track to themselves. He'd want the masses to hear it. He was all about speaking to the people after all.

I think you're probably right because if I had to guess, I'd say the person who leaked this is the same person who degraded the sound quality to begin with.
