Post death row days! I still think HHW is the one of the best pieces of music given to me for free and better than most I paid for since then.

2nd pre row
then his post row era not so much cool at all
-
DPG/DEATHROW era when he was making songs like Ride Wit A G, Nobody Understands Me, Niggas Got Game was great, and we haven heard Untouchable and some other tracks for SHTB, but he evlolved more as an artist after Deathrow, so now hes more versatile. Post Deathrow for sure.
-

Death Roq era for sure also that song with crooked i on kurupts streetz is a mutha album shit was fire. Daz should have tried to get an album out with crooked i with daz on the beats and crooked i tearin that mic up thats another album I would of loved to see happen
-
definitely the big c-style era, when he was spittin on the same beats as Technice, Tray Deee, Lil' C-Style etc.
i didnt like the deathrow-era, cuz he was at deathrow when the inhouse-production team was wack, Row Hitters/Darren vegas etc. he only did bullshit-music on simon's label - collaboritin wit Murder Inc-weirdos, spittin over HORRIBLE beats..
i like crooked in his current state too.. Slaughterhouse is a good look for him..
-
For me personally, DeathRow era
-
i'd say Crook got his fair share of amazing beats on the death row days
-
crooked dont have any era...

I agree 110% he went from rapping over real good beats to whack/boring beats.
Yeah i do like the slaughter house album.

Yeah he did flow better back then also, but of course he still has it in him..
-
the slaughterhouse sound is cool but crooked can do better than that IMO
-
Deathrow era.
But I bought the 19th st comp when it came out, still got it.

I agree with you to a certain extent when it comes to the tracks he recorded for "Say Hi to the Bad Guy." But if you count the "Untouchable" era stuff, I think the production is pretty nice. He had Daz Dillinger and Big Hutch producing tracks for him. At least as far as the stuff that has leaked from the Untouchable era, I think it sounds pretty tight.
