Both are legends, but I feel just of the strength of No One Can Do it Better, I got to say DOC was a better rapper

DOC was cut short . He could've been a serious threat in the G Funk Era without question . No One Can Do it Better sounds a little dated nowadays , but he was so dope on the mic he would've been great under every one of Dre's different eras of beats .
