this is tough. I voted for the 96 compilation even though it contains non-death row tracks. (no vaseline, the pre-dr pac tracks).
i think the 96 album is the best representation of death row's greatest hits. even the remixes were dope

I went with the "Ultimate Death Row Collection," although I really liked "15 Years on Death Row" a lot, as well.
-
The original Death Row Greatest Hits is definitely the classic on that list.
This Death Row The Singles Collection is actually sick too...

I've nearly bought this several times, but hasn't everything on this been released on other projects? It seems like I picked this up in the store to look at it, and it looked as though what would have been the rarest tracks from it had also been included on the "15 Years on Death Row" collection that had been released a few months earlier.

The '96 one and it's not even a competition. Not a weak song on there if you ask me
The other great DR compilation, like already mentioned, is the singles collection. It has a Similar feel to the 96 Greatest Hits to for me

Yeah, the songs are available other places, I just really like the track list on it that's all.

That's cool. I did look like a nice collection of songs, just basing it on the tracks that are on there. I may still cop this at some point, just to have for the collection.
