Either he never dropped the first one or he forgot he used this title before lol....I don't think he ever dropped the first one because it supposed to have been a DVD with it, too.

he hasn't dropped an official album (Lynch By Inch) since 2003 and the last retail album he dropped was the Ripgut Collection, and he had 2 mixtapes and one being from this year... he hasn't used this title before but he's been saying it since like 2007 lol
EDIT: and yeah originally the album was gonna come with a DVD, hence the title "Dinner & A Movie" ;D

this album was supposed to of been released on 6/6/06 the same day as Ice Cube's Laugh Now, Cry Later.
