any programs or sites that can do this? I would prefer one that can do MP4 or MPEG  8)

i usually let the video load 100% and look into my internet browsers cache and copy over the flv file to my desktop

i use the FlashCatch plugin for firefox, just click and save the video. easy like sunday morning.
