Title: I need one of You Internet Smart people's help NOW!!!

I've seen how some of you can capture the screen as pics when u want to show what you've seen on a forum or IM. In this case, I need one for an IM so if it comes down to it ppl know I didn't make this shit up. I need this Immediately if not sooner!
