Think it was supposed to be on The Confessional, but didn´t get included. Correct me if I´m wrong. It´s not on any of my two versions at least.
Downloaded this one on Aftermath´s forum, around the time The Confessional was released. CDQ.

og is scarface song right?
Mike Ant had this story about the song on his myspace about a year ago, yeah it was a scarface single.
’m not salty but the story of this song goes like this....
Almost 2 years ago, Bishop Lamont (Aftermath Ent. Recording artist and Dr. Dre protege) had this track and a concept idea about being with a female who knows her man is "active" but yet she tries to act brand new and play him close on some "exclusive" ish. WHO CAN’T IDENTIFY WITH THIS??? LOL
So the song was born, I wrote and sang the hook, B laid his verses and he had the Jay-Z scratches added in. Not in our opinion but in the opinions of people who heard it...it was an instant classic. DR DRE LOVED IT! It was the bizness.
B told the producer of the track that the song was an "official go" A DR DRE LIKES IT OFFICIAL GO. In other words it’s definately going on the CD official.
BUT I guess the producer got a little antsy. Rumors were circulating that Dre was not going to put Bishop’s CD out, (not true), they also thought he was never working on Detox (not true they are working on it around the clock), and I guess rapper Scarface, who in my opinion is one of the greatest MC’s, had a record slated for a sooner release date and probably promised that the song they did to the same track would be a 1st single.
But what sucks, yeah I said sucks lol, is that B was never told that the track was sold to someone else. So Scarface used the track and put Trey Songz on the hook and I first found out about it when I saw the video...lol
We aint mad about it, we have so many fresh joints and many more to make but it goes to show how people are and the lack of integrity that exists in the music game. I never stop people from getting their paper. Get yo bread mayne but just communicate!
Much love to Scarface (The Fix is one of my favorite hip hop albums) and to Trey Songz.
DJ ILL WILL used our version on his new Mixtape Rap Or Die vol 5. Good looking out to my east coast brother TC aka Sylvester for telling me to put the song up on my page!

So this song was at first intended for The Reformation, not the Confessional street album?
-
Don't y'all get that all of his street tapes but especially the confessional we're tracks made for the reformation?
His street tapes is the aftermath recording sessions for the reformation....just not mastered properly.
And, if he says he recorded at least another 700 tracks than it only reflect a quarter of the material he put in for the label. Not to mention Detox related material.

dope track, always liked the Face version off MADE
