Im 5-3 so far in the playoffs.
New York Jets 27- Indianapolis Colts 21
Minnesota Vikings 30 - New Orleans Saints 28

If the Jets win it'll be 14-10. No way are they putting 21+ on Indy unless Painter comes in when they decided to rest Manning for the SB.

Colts could lose if they can't pick up the blitzes and Greene/Jones becomes too much for Indy's D. But with the new defensive centers and Mike Hart's amazing ability to block pass rushers blitzing I cannot see the Colts losing, or winning by less than 10 points. I don't expect a close game, and I expect Revis Island to be exposed by Manning/Wayne. I also expect Clark and Garcon to have big games, and at least 2 picks by Sanchez that will seal the game. Manning might have an early INT when he's still testing the waters and a later one with the lead when he's trying to put it away, but I don't see either of them being crucial to the convincing Colts win. You had a good run Rex but it's the end of the road. The Jets will win an SB with Rex Ryan one day though.

I've been pretty good so far with my picks. I said the second the Jets made the playoffs they can't beat the Colts starters. I won't take it back now. But hey if they beat up on Manning and make him look like the Ravens made Brady look I'll give them credit. I got nothing against the Jets, but first and foremost I want to see another ring on Manning's hand. If that can't happen then I want to see it on Favre's hand. And if that can't happen meaning it's a Saints/Jets Superbowl, then J-E-T-S, JETS JETS JETS!

Hey, I'm calling it now. If I'm wrong I'll admit it. Wayne had three catches, and one drop that would have been a big play, and maybe a TD. So in less than 3 quarters Wayne could have easily had 4 catchers for 100 yards and a TD. It wasn't Revis that made him drop that. And the Colts offense was just getting started when they were pulled. No point arguing now. We'll find out between 3 and 6 this Sunday.

This game will come down to how the jets can cover clark and collie.I really dont think wayne is going to be a factor at all.Although the jets had to face a similar problem with gates,the differense is the colts dont have someone like sproles for those screens which was my majro concern for the jets against the chargers considering how much the jets blitz.Manning is a better QB then rivers,but he doesnt have the weapons or as good of an o line.This game will rest on the colts o line.The jets will blitz and blitz and blitz and they can afford to do it since they have the best secondary in the nfl.If manning can connect wtih clark a lot then that could be the difference.IF manning doesnt have a percect game I believe the colts lose,and I dont think he will have a percect game.Colts offense looked mediocre at best against the ravens and the jets defense is a lot better then the ravens

Im not concerned about the colts defense.They have a small d line and the jets have what could be the best o line in the league.Greene is going to tear that 24th ranked rush defense up and it will open up holes for sanchez to make high percentage passes to keller.Expect edwards to get a couple of big plays.And throw in brad smith.Jets offense while not great is better then people give credit for.You dont get the number one rushing team in the league for nothing.And for anyone saying well the ravens are a similar offense,the ravens o line is nothing to compared to the jets and flacco was hurt while sanchez is healthy.

They just beat the Ravens 20-3 and the Ravens are the exact same team with a better QB.

The ravens are not the exact same team.Number one,flacco was injured.Number two the jets defense is better.Number three the jets have a better receiving core.Number four the jets have a better running game.Number five the jets have a much better offensive line.Number six is darrelle revis.If you honestly think this game is going to be land slide your pretty ignorant.And I watched that game and the ravens beat themselves with penalties all game like they have all season.The jets are much more disciplined.That game was far from a landslide lol.

I just find it amusing that every week people pick the jets to be beaten in a landslide and say their d isnt really that good and that revis will be torched by whoever.Watch the jets physcially dominate the colts and beat them :D

Theyve won seven of their last 8.Theyve beaten the patriots,texans,colts,bengals,chargers.They have the best defense in the league and the best rushing game in the league.Sanchez has only thrown one pick in his last four games and theyve finally figure out how to use him.How is that luck?They are an extremely physical team and the colts are small.If colts were going to destroy them why were they only winning 15-10 with six minutes left in the third quarter last time they met.At which point the jets run game had finally pounded them into submission and they took over the game regardless of wether manning was in it or not.

Jets beat the Chargers & you guys just don't want to admit it.
last week, when it first started going around that it was Bolts/Jets, everybody said this offense was too much for us; blah, blah blah.
well, they held them to fourteen points & one of those touchdowns was late in the game when we went into "prevent mode".
i'm not saying this is going to be some cake walk to beat Indy, but i wouldn't lie to myself & say we have no chance.

a lucky bounce of the ball turned into an interception... 3 missed field goals by argueably the best kicker in football and numerous peneltys from a usually disciplined team is why the jets won.. you take away any of those from the game and its a diffrent story... the jets won fact remains but come on man your guys are done as soon as a team gains a 10 - 14 point lead on them... and the colts are not holding anything back this weekend.

I said the Jets can and would shut down the Chargers offense. I just wasn't sure in the Jets could score enough. I said it could go either way and I was pulling for the Jets. And I agree completely with your late TD theory. The Jets would gladly give up a TD as long as a lot of clock was given up too. And I agree that the Jets can win next week. If they beat up the o-line and control the clock they will win most likely. I just don't see either happening. I predict that unless his hands give way Wayne one on one with Revis will have one of the best games against Revis all year. And a predict a 10 point plus win for the Colts. I'm not guaranteeing it.
As for what you think I said about Rivers. I did not mean it was his fault they lost. I meant it was more his fault than Kaeding's fault. It wasa close game and te Jets offense wasn't doing shit for most of it. The Chargers had great chances and field position and couldn't execute and Rivers played the worst out of the bunch of bug name players. I do think Manning is better than River's to the point where he would have been the difference. That being said the Pats lost so bad I don't think they would have won that game with Manning in stead of Brady. But I do think it would have been a loss with in 7 points. No QB is good enough to win a game like that but some are good enough to keep it close. It wasn't Brady's fault they lost. I just had a great time watching him lose. However it was his fault they lost so bad.

I never do that. I see players for what they are. Sometimes I'm wrong and they show me more or less than I think they are but I'll never take a guy or a team down a peg because they can't win the big one. The Chargers didn't joke. They'd get held to 14 points by a D like the Jets 10 out of the 16 weeks in the season. They just got to see easy defenses all year for the most part. Sometimes you just get beat by a better team on that day. I can't think of too many times I ever said a guy or team choked under pressure. Brady didn't choke in 07 against the Giants. The few times in 07 he was under pressure he performed poorly and NE was either saved by defensive TDs or two 4th down penalties that were bullshit calls. So when the Giants knocked him on his ass all game I expected him to play shaken up and worried and that's why so many throws were missed.
