I know that there were problems with the board, but I think that for this board as a whole to be fair, there has to be at least one board where free speech is allowed. People have said that it had become an Islam orientated board, but the people who are not islamic are allowed to defend themselves just as much as the Islamics such as Infinite have done on other boards when you have hated on Islam.
Religion is basically the cause of most wars, but I feel that it people feel angry towards other religions then they may as well discuss it on here, instead of their hatred just getting bigger without them making their views felt.
I am therefore saying that the Hall of Mirrors should be reinstated, but without moderators, so that it is just total free speech and we can have intelligent discussions and debates without it turning into a Islam vs other religions battle.

No dont bringit back, the name fitted perfectly for the board cos like mirrors everyone bounced off each other and nobody wanted to back down. Now that mirror has cracked I think its for the better because if you feel that strongly about your religion you are not going to let somebody clown it so the arguments just went on and on and on. I say dont bring it back. You want to go somewhere to talk about religion, go some where else.

The people who actually turn it into major arguments are normally people who just come into the board to stir things up, without really having any evidence or anything to back up their posts. Anyway, I think you should just let people battle it out. It makes no difference to you, you can just ignore the posts where this happens, and there were some really good posts in there that didn't end in massive religion arguments. I think it should just be left there, and people should be left to argue as they please without people coming in and deleting or editing their posts all the time.

I totally agree. i commend u seer, very good job. i think allz that forum did was bring bad tension to this board. now that it is gone WCC will be a much better place. allz it was was faggots like infinite that hated on every1 outside of his religion. the forum might of well been called "muslim lounge", cause thats all it basically was. every fuckin topic in there delt with either how some 1 hated bush or about islam and if u werent then get tha fuck out. thats all i got to say, and once again, WAY TO GO SEER!

i thought it was one of the best boards, people were able to talk about world events and issues and even though it brought about arguments its important to hear everyone's views on that shit, its important to have a section where you can get more then one perspective on a event, issue or policy.
people always gonna disagree on this shit but if u have a place to talk about them - at least people getting more then perspective on the issue, if there is no place to talk this shit out, most people only gonna think what the media tells them.
if you take away the freedom to talk about the topics HOM covered, alot of people are gonna miss out on hearing the other side on world events, people will miss out on the muslim view of terrosim, people will miss out on the american view of bush and iraq, if you take the ability to get this view away - tolerence aint going to be reached, and people gonna stay close minded.
also i aint got nothing against the moderaters, i dont any of them and im sure they must of fit what im about to say. when u choosing mods for a board like this u gotta pick people that are educated, open minded - even about their own country and religion, people that are gonna get biased during arguments and people that able to tell what is just discussion and what is straight out disses to religions, races, countries etc.
Some of the most educated and best discussions were on that board, bring it back seer.

as for discussing religion, its important to grow aware of each religion and have an understanding of them, which HOM has helped me with. if people are gonna diss others just due to their religion - that shouldnt be tolerated, that behaviour is as bad as anything NIK ever did.

i think we should bring it back. Jus as it was. Only thing, the mods need to get real strict on people who post in there. I mean, if youre arguing your views...with a real intention of proving your point, thats fine. If u are in there just startin useless beef by downtalking others, without ANY real purpose there...then yur posts should be deleted immediately. There needs to be fairness tho also. So its crucial that tha mods are VERY fair. I know most of the Mods, also are key members of that forum, and probably take part in a BIG percentage of the debates. So, they HAVE to be fair about whos posts get deleted...or they should no longer be mods. I dont think any of the current mods will be a problem tho. The board IS meant as fun, but its nice to have a forum where...if u want, u can actually discuss serious shit sumtimes.

The difference ive seen between Infinite and others, is this...Yes, ive seen Infinite attack other religions for various reasons...maybe even unprovoked. However, thats not what ive seen as a BIG problem in the Hall of Mirrors. When someone like Infinite, Tech, and even yurself at times has dissed other religions...it was usually in the course of trying to prove your own religion as the better. What i mean when i say "useless beef" posts...is when some idiot just walks in, and says something like.."Fuck the Muslims", or "Fuck Christians"...or whatever. Now, that SHIT....is useless. I think, those posts should be deleted..and if the person continues, they should not be allowed to post in that forum at all really.

I'm the stupid muthafucker? most album credits print the samples as well and if you listen to the song you can quite easily make out what they're saying. Shit some albums even print the lyrics too (i know its the minority, but some do) And don't accuse me of being commercialized when you don't have a fuckin clue what kind of hip hop i'm into. I'm guessing by your attitude that i'm a lot older than you and Jome and i guarentee i've been listening to rap music and involved in the Hip Hop culture longer than both of you put together.
