Easily the Best Album ever.
Big L is the best to ever touch the mic, I usually don't rank rappers with 1 real album out but Big L just can't be ignored.

everyone's got their own opinion.
Pac has developed haters over time; once people consider you "the greatest", it opens the door to haters; aka fans of other rappers who think that rapper is better than Pac.
not saying their wrong for thinking that, but their wrong for hating on Pac's work because of it; it's just the human way though.
these three with Illmatic & Lifestylez Ov Da Poor & Dangerous are my top five. 8)

Yeah you should get this album, Big Picture and also "Harlem's Finest: A Freestyle History" .. that will save you having to hunt around for some of his sick ass freestyles 8)
