Alright, only check up on the G spot every now and again, but i see Elano everywhere, what does it mean? What am I missing?

Elano is the new word for fail.So instead of saying that guy falling on his face was a fail,its that guy falling on his face was an elano.Its not required in this forum to use that phrase.
