Mr. Capone-E is going to sign one of the biggest icons in the history of the west coast to his label as a vice president. I can't tell you who it is, but without him, probably me nor dubcnn wouldn't be here, since he was one of the 1st guys really pushing the west coast black rap scene. Hi Power is the future so he decided to work with Capone-E now. So stay tuned for a confirmation video for the biggest news hitting the WC in the decade coming real soon.
