since ur mod here I was wondering the history of Crooked I....his afilliation with DPG and dresta.....can u explain cause i know jack shit on him

*this is westcoast but its a question for u*

someone plz explain in depth

well i knew about him around 95...he surfaced on the 19 St compilations with C Style...he recorded a track with Dre'sta and MC Eiht called "Sweet Black Pussy" aside from that he doesnt have much connection with Dresta...during this time he was a huge staple on the Wake Up Show...battlin..freestylin...hookin up with Planet Asia and many other big name underground rappers at that time...thats when i really began to like him...as for the DPG...since he was down with C Style he hooked up with the Low Lifes...then the DPG...he collabed with them many times...then Daz signed him...once Daz left Tha Row...Crooked stayed...since the label he was signed on was a subsidiary of Tha Row...now hes riding for the row...hope that helped...

ur welcome...and yea...ive known about him since about that time...95 96...i cant determine which is which...my brain is little fucked up from all the beer i began(and still do) to drink around that time..lol

yeah get the album c-style presents 19th street playas,
crooked I is all over that one and it is a very dope album.
same thing with c-style presents straight outta long beach.
Crooked I also appeared on a song with the luniz called Girl and it
is on the caught up soundtrack.  That is where I first heard of him.
Its strange they he prettymuch made his first "big album appearance IMO" collabing with a bay area group.  but I don't think he has done anything else with someone from the bay.  He should definately hook up with more bay rappers instead of that fagget ass murder inc.

^^^yea i aint heard many other bay collabs other than that...closest he got is his collabs with Planet Asia outta Fresno...tho if im not mistaken he got a song with Mr Tan and B-Legit...tho tan is from watts...B-La is outta the Valley-Joe...i think he was on that track...i forget now tho
