the track with Goldie was on DJ AK's album Sound of the tube, really good album featuring Daz, Spice 1, Mr.Shadow, Knocturnal, the Latoiya was on there too

y'all should peep all of AK's albums/compilations. sound of tha tube, killaz from the west, instrumentals vol. 1 and this e-sides thing too. google is your friend. its all pretty much fire 8)
