If people never reply why make a topic then? This was indeed a misleading title. And I think most people won't reply because most updates are not that good anymore. And I mean the music by ''not that good''. A few years back Dubccn dropped a lot of exclusives and great interviews. Nowadays Dubcnn is just a westcoast hip-hop site with 95% bullshit updates because there is no REAL news and GREAT music to talk about. But that's my opinion. And I'm here since day 1. Everybody thinks that he or she can rap in 2010. And with the internet everybody can make a mixtape and throw it on the internet. I think you guys should update only if it's quality. But I like Kurupt & Xzibit. This was not a diss towards them. So I will check this later...

I see your point. But I always give feedback when I like something. I buy a lot of music. And I mean a lot. But when I think about my last bought rap album. I can't remember it. Music back in the day was different. You could listen to it for months. Sometimes fo years. Everything released nowadays is a few spins only. Even the mastering is cheap. Internet killed the music industry. That's why artists is going indy. But the quality is gone. Rappers are making fast money now. Quantity over quality. I don't know if it's me but I don't like rap music as much as I used to. I like rappers with deep subjects or easy party records like Quik used to do back in the day. It's not the same anymore. I still think most updates suck. But that's not Dubcnn's fault. I blame the artists.

I like kurupts music n all, but i seriously think he just throws together random words that rhyme sometimes. he needs to dumb it down and have less clutter in his verses, and alot less rhyming one with the same word. I want the kurupt back where he tells a story with his rhymes. he was going in the right direction circa 2006 and going back to actually being that smooth kurupt we all like, however... hes lost again.
kurupt, i hope you read this. im letting you know how to make me WANT to buy your stuff. Listen to your older songs like "New York, New York" "Smooth" "Do What I Feel" and "Reality." Theres alot more flow and a story instead of rhyming the same word over and over.

Ok, listened to it again and it's like 9x outta 10 off Blaqkout in terms of rhyme style. And the point of the song is the time-honored "I'm the dopest MC" album cut as interpreted by the late period Kurupt. I get it now. (The early period Kurupt would have had a much more Rakim-influenced execution of a song like this. He moved away from that early period around 98 I'd say).
