damn I got some of the weight back,what can I say?I like food?Well I am getting ready to eat nothing but helathy food next month.......on the 6th............I ama get a gang of borocili and cauliflower........
so yall give me a tip what else can I eat that is healthy
I am also going to get my own computer or do you guys think I should keep walking to the library

wtf is borocili?! Pasta has a lot of carbs....eat that in moderation... ;D
Walking to the Library is obviously better for your health that having a computer at home to just sit in front of...
If you can just get your calorie intake down to like...i dunno....2500-3000 calories a day....you'll be shedding the pounds in no time...

Exactly. Plus queen, they are cheap too, so you spend only two bucks you get two mcdoubles, even if you only have a 5 dollar a day food budget, you can have two good meals at mcdonalds. It's simple.

Queen: water, exercise and eating a variety of healthy food choices in appropriate proportions is the only way you're gonna keep weight off.
- Lean meat, not ground beef and fried shit.
- Whole grain carbohydrates, not bleached, processed grains.
- Fruits and vegetables that vary in color so that you don't get vitamin and mineral deficiency.
- Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Exercise more than that to lose more weight.
A woman of your age should also make sure you have enough calcium intake which you can get through dairy products and some vegetables to prevent osteoporosis. http://www.mypyramid.gov/ is a good resource to help you maintain your weight loss.
Why am I helping you despite how you go out of your way to break my heart and force me to sleep with other women (which puts me at risk for various kinds of VD)? Because true love knows no boundaries.

And pork rinds....lots of pork rinds. Their tasty...will fill you up....and are mostly air. Very healthy.
