yes! it sure is. I can't wait to bang this in the car today! i have been looking for this song for years. someone played it for me when it first came out and gave me the wrong info as to what album it was on. i never could get the song out of my head...that fucking beat and hook..i mean it's west coast all day per that track...i kept looking under ice cube-big timers, no luck...so, today...i was like..ok, if you can remember the first line, then I know you can go to DUBCNN and get the help you need cuz they rep the west!
