Minus exhibit c, I haven't been quite the fan of jay's beat selection on his recent drops, but this is a step up in my eyes

I loved Exihibt C.  His lyrics on this are dope enough.  His vocal delivery is aight.  I would like the beat to sound more polished.  But, Jay Elec is like a god MC in my eyes.

its a damn shame this guy is not at the top right now!!!...i hate diddy but major props to him for giving electronica a chance
