-Open up your recording program, make a track, insert Antares Auto-Tune.
-Pick your key (make sure to pick major or minor as well).
-Set the tracking all the way to relaxed.
-Set the retune speed all the way to fast.
-Turn Humanize all the way down.
-Turn down all of the create vibrato settings.
-Now you have the basic settings for the T-Pain effect. You can edit them however you want to your likings.
-Now to make it a good sounding track. You are going to want to add compression, EQ (drop out most of the lows to remove rumble), a De-esser, a gate to remove any unwanted noise in between singing, some reverb, and if you want to get the Akon echo effect add a slight Delay that will delay with the tempo of your song.
-Record yourself and write some music!
