You need to realize that Lights his psychology is closer to a dog's then to a man's.
Lights needs attention. He doesn't know that what he does is wrong in our eyes, he just sees that doing it gets him attention, so he continues doing so.

Ignore him and he'll leave dubcc eventually.
Ofcourse he'll spam the board again at first but unless people respond to it he will quit eventually.
