Yeah Vegas is 'Tha White Guy' listed on the production credits. Low Low is him and Dave 'Swang' Knight. :)
He also produced the Crooked I track Do It Again, on the Death Row ultimate boxset (plus loads of other stuff with Crook), and worked on the N.I.N.A. unreleased album. N.I.N.A. - Too Street For TV (feat Danny Boy) is definitely a Vegas track.
There are 4 tracks on the DPG 2002 album he's listed as co-producer on...but I'd imagine he just produced the OG instrumentals there before the extra tweaking.
Here's some of his newer work I found:
Kontroversy Committee (Feat. Techniec & Young Noble)

Until I listened to a recent interview with Vegas, I had no idea he did a lot of work on Crooked I's "Untouchable" album. For some reason, I had it in my head that Daz and Hutch did most of the production for that. But apparently that was not the case. In the interview I heard, Vegas talked as though he handled most of the production for that album. He also didn't seem to know anything about a second version of "Untouchable" which I also thought was strange. But yeah, I guess I didn't realize that Darren Vegas had been in the business for so long.

Can someone upload his shit ...dat low low shit was fire .. it already leaked so no harm done ..just too lazy to search ... 8) ;D

Darren produced some great tracks over the years with crooked i,bone thugs etc.He gets hate because of the remix 2pac album, but you take that out of the equation hes a great producer.I think some of the beats on that album were pretty tight but that album was a fail before it even came out.Why fuck with classic beats, just pointless.
-
Don't get me wrong, some of his newer beats sound a bit thin, but when he's on form he's got it. :)
If he can knock up stuff like the first clip I posted, I'm sure he can still do the LBC vibe sound.
-
WTF.... darren vegas did not produce dippin n my low low. big c-style don't even know who darren vagas is, dippin' was produced by dave swang in early 95.

Yo I wrote that Remix album off real quick when it first dropped because quite frankly I don't need to hear remixes of already classic songs especially when its just the beat that would be different, no new pac lyrics.
However, I've listened to the album more recently and you are Darren kills those beats on the album, I just think the song selection could have been better, like why not remix tracks that you could make better that already werent classics?

the mixing was horrible..i.e vocals and beats....beats sounded ok ..but mixing was totally off..beats do need some ump/kick/thump to em ..

I thought life goes on,hail mary and never had a friend like me were great remixes.
-
Whos darren vegas
-
great talented producer, wish he would still be around and produce, he has some great shit with Crooked. Raw Dawgs snippet that leaked some years ago is crazy, Crooked and Darren killed it.
