Ryan Howard and Miggy C are not in your top 5??

Pukilis over Morneau?  i expected better from you Knuckles :D

you are right on Teix being 2nd....nobody plays better defense than him and he's going to end up as a .300 hitter with 30 homers/100 RBI despite starting slow every year

Imagine the type of love Adrian Gonzalez would get if he didn't play half his games at Petco?

Tex is a clear #2 but it tough ranking 3-8 or so.
I hate Youkilis but I gotta put him up there.  Miggy is close.  Howard is quite overrated, all HRs and RBI.  Probably have him 8.

It's really:

1. Pujols

2. Tex

3-7. Gonzo, Prince, Youk, Miggy & Morneau
8. Howard

Tex and A Gon.  Both premo defenders with plenty of hitting ability.  Imagine Tex for a whole year of hitting not minus a month like he does every year, and Agon playing in Yankee stadium instead of Cavernco all season ;)

i've always been a huge OPS+ guy for sluggers....obviously it is not a metric for Ichiro or Jeter but for power guys it's my favorite

i'm shocked to notice that Howard is 2nd best on that list of walks per 162 games  (dude clearly peaked the year he won his MVP with 58 homers)

Batting is "Park Adjusted Runs Above Average based on wOBA"
