"We have some good news for everybody concerned about South Central Los Angeles rapper K-Boy and his current condition. As many of you may have already heard, the Blu Division rapper was shot several times last night. Since word spread of the incident there has been an outpouring of support, prayers and questions as to how he’s doing.
We just spoke to his close friend and rap partner Ace (of the Bloc Boyz) to get the latest update. According to Ace, K-Boy is in stable condition and recovering at the hospital.
“He’s okay, he’s in good spirits,” Ace said. “He just needs rest and for everybody to keep sending prayers.”
The news was a shock to his fans, peers and supporters and has caused many people to reach out to Ace and various other family members and friends searching for updates. While they all appreciate the concern, Ace said the best thing everyone can do now is give those close to him a break from phone calls and continue prayer.
“Right now everybody needs rest,” Ace said. “He’s cool, so please just give the family a chance to rest and keep praying for him.”We will keep you guys updated on any new developments and echo Ace's desire that everyone please send prayers out to K-Boy, his family and friends so that he can have a full and speedy recovery."
