I havent listened to it that much so thats why my rating is low. I keep meaning to give it another try. The title track is great though. I always felt like he had a similar style to Kurupt on that track.

SSLP - 9.5/10
MMLP - 10/10
The Eminem Show - 8/10
Encore - 7/10
Relapse 7.5/10

Slim Shady and Marshall Mathers LPs classics. The rest, I've never once had the urge to go back and listen to. He's not made an album I've liked for almost a decade. Eminem Show had some great tracks but the album as a whole I didnt really enjoy as the weak tracks were very poor and spoiled it.

Last time i genuinely enjoyed listening an eminem track like he was sick with it was on the 8mile ost...which was such a long time ago.

^you have to get past Ass Like That, Just Lose It & Puke & attempt to enjoy it.
it's really just a few poor songs & people seem to only judge it based off those 3-4 songs.

Disagree,puke,just lose it,my 1st single,big weenie,ass like that were all unlistenable.
evil deeds, yellow brick road, mosh, crazy in love and one shot 2 shot were all mediocre at best.
Its not a good album,I think I was actually being generous giving it 4.

it for sure was not a great album; i'd, personally, consider it a good album because i'm a big fan, so i can tolerate his bullshit more than the average fan.
i don't think it had one "classic" song on it, but it had some good songs, some solid songs that get hated on even more because he had some ridiculous "wtf were you thinking?" kind of songs on it & those kind of take away from everything.
anyway, i can go back & listen to songs on it; but i can see how people wouldn't like it.

I don't listen to Eminem all that much and I view his work pretty differently than most people do.
Despite Encore's lacklustre production that sounded dated by the time it was released and Eminem's new artistic choices that repealed many people I thought it was his best work for the simple reason it genuinely captured an artist at a crossroads. I've never listened to another hip-hop album that self-reflective about their career. Many tracks as dismissed as meaningless seem to have gone over people's head. I do recognise that some of them don't make for great replay value but their role in the album is rather vital.
I'll listen to both,
The Eminem Show
Encore
I enjoy about half of Relapse.
I don't listen to either MMLP or SSLP though there are two songs I bump from each Amityville & I'm Shady.
So, basically, out of Eminem's discography the tracks I'm still bumping today are:
Amityville
I'm Shady
Rain Man
Beautiful
The Eminem Show I can listen to nearly any track and not feel the need to change it though there are one or two I get bored with.

infinite: 10 of 10
sslp: 10 of 10
mmlp: 6 of 10
mm show: 5 of 10 (some bangers, some junk)
everything else sucks

Some people have bizzare opinions.
-
Infinite- 8/10- A personal favorite of mine, Em's flow was out of this world, too bad the quality was such shit.
SSLP-8/10- Raw, lyrical, and fresh, great cd.
MMLP- 7.5/10- Didn't like this cd as much, too much "rape my mom" type bullshit for me to get into, had some great tracks though.
Eminem Show-8/10- My favorite Eminem cd, I feel like this is where he was able to incorporate a mainstream sound yet still put out hard tracks.
Encore-4.5/10- Had a few great tracks but overall a major disappointment, hopefully in the next 20 years people will forget about its existence.
Relapse-6.5/10- While the energy and creativity seemed to be back, I was still disappointed with this one, the accents and some of the content was just annoying to me.

i love old eminem shit
not a fan of his new "accent" which first came to fruition on MMLP and took full effect on each album after that
old eminem voice = great
new voice = ruins certain tracks

Infinite 6 out of 10

Marshal Mathers LP 9 out of 10
Eminem Show 8.5 out of 10

MMLP - 8,5/10
Eminem Show - 9/10
Encore - 7/10
Relapse - 8/10
I can never give an Em cd a 10/10 because of his whiny voice and screaming delivery. He's just not background music and car bumping material. Strictly for the mp3 player. I also tend to get bored quickly despite a great first impression when it comes to his albums. Eminem Show was the closest, hence the highest rating.
