Interesting? Probably not. Does anyone who actually pays for music give a shit about a new Game record?

Desperado Entertainment filed a lawsuit yesterday (June 22) against Aftermath Records, Interscope, Universal Music Group and ARY, Inc., a company run by Dr. Dre, claiming that it discovered Game and are owed royalties from his recordings.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the suit, which was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges that Universal Music Group broke a previous agreement with Desperado Entertainment and has been collecting publishing and royalties from the West Coast rapper’s sales, when they were only entitled to advances from record sales. The company claims that it had a large hand in turning the Compton-native into the platinum selling artist that he is today, and wants to be properly compensated.
Desperado Entertainment states that it is owed royalties from the sales of previous Game albums. He has sold over five million records in his career.
In addition, the law suit seeks to prevent the release of Game’s upcoming The R.E.D. Album, which is currently slated to drop on August 24. —Adam Fleischer

Aren't they the label who owned him before his sign to aftermath???

I'm not going to sit here and pretend like I read the article before posting it. Wasn't he signed to JT The Bigga Figga? Is that how you write it? Maybe the 'The' is a 'Tha'. Or a 'Da'. Anyway. Is that his label? I know he had Get Low Records, but that was back when I was, like, 14 or some shit. That's literally more than half my lifetime ago. So who knows. I doubt Game even remembers.

D-MAC owns desperado entertainment...
-
sounds like a good interscope ploy to push the record bacc cause they are not liking the product they got and this takes some pressure off game yell
-
Damn one thing after the other 4 game and yeah that was jts label and he did tha same type of thing agaisnt aftermath but dont know if he won
-
I don't think it's JT. He already got his money off working with Game. If someone is suing Interscope for albums made on that label, it would likely have to be someone directly involved with the making or promoting of those albums so D-Mac is a good guess.

It didn't seem like this album was realistically going to come out any time soon, anyway. And with good reason.

Its Dmac...There was an old pic with Game wearing red and Dj Quick and Dmac, 2002 way before he actually got signed...he was only starting to rap...Imma have a look at Hurricane Game, it should be there,
Plus spider loc said that Dmac owns Desperado Ent in like 2006.
Anyway, this lawsuit will be tossed outta the court or settled down for 200 dollar payment for Dmacs car insurance...See how they said its not confirmed who owns this or what, is cuz them niggaz is scared...if i was Game, i would pay Whiteboy or some other smoker a lil bit to slit Dmacs throat and nobody would have to know.
Why go thru all that hussle when u can pay a crackhead 5k and he will make any nigga dissapear like David Copperfiled?
