well "Fill Your Cup" will be on Jon b's album..
as for "Dont Talk" thats one of jon b's song's
from before,
the bizzy bone track, will be on the book of david
as for the nobody track with quik's verse..
it will be dropped sometime soon..
from what i know.. nearing the release of the album.

nice, any idea on the timeframe of the album?

also, i was still waiting for those tracks (1/2 i think) from that 'West Coast' dude with Quik/G-One production/mixing, cause it sounded sick from the youtube clip.
