fucking greatest maybach instrumental evaar
the beat change during ross' verse 8)
-
this mutha is takin this maybach muzik thing a lil too far
-
If the beat was like how it is for Ross, the entire way through, I'd dig it.
Pretty average, just like the two before it.
-
Oh My Fuckin God :o This is Instant Classic Music here

I can deny it. Justice League produced the beat, all you're giving props to is the beat; why does Rick Ross get any credit? lol.
He's a terrible rapper, the features came up real flat & I usually expect something out of T.I. & Jadakiss & Rick Ross is lucky he gets some dope beats thrown his way; simple as that.
-
^^yeah you cant knock his ear for beats, his production is always pretty much on point...but lyrically, and more to the point, conceptually, he makes me shake my head...
Maybach Music 3! Aston Martin Music! officer ricky needs to be a bit more original, shits getting boring lol
-
Aston Martin Music is just so chill, something to listen to in your ride when the sun is going down... you know what I mean.
MM3 is also great. The whole song, not just the beat. To claim it's luck is just ignorant when Ross has proven time after time that it's no coincidence that he's getting these epic sounding, mafioso, classic, jazzy beats. It's all part of being a good songwriter. He also keeps improving as an artist. Now would I like to see somebody else over this beats ? Yeah, but give credit where credit is due.
-
For real, Rick Ross>>>>>>>>>BIG
-
but give credit where credit is due.
I'm giving Justice League the credit when it's due; great beat. Rick Ross had nothing to do with it; he just picked it. But so far the feedback as deemed the beat "classic", wouldn't most normal people pick a "undiputable classic beat"? ESPECIALLY if you're in the Hip Hop game & should be able to hear a beat like that, it's a no-brainer.
They probably made about five beats for him & Officer Ricky picked the one that sounded most like 1 & 2 & now we have 3; congrats, Boss.
-
Beat is nicccce. seriously I agree with you guys the CO shit really fucked me up, port of miami was classic. those beats man, he's living off those beats.
Rick should really read a few books on black history and shit, might improve his rhymes lol Everyone knows he's a fake, good music is good music though.
-
Real talk cham...muffuccaz talkin like rawse is a legend or some shit
-
Not a legend... but his 3 albums are very solid.

Ross is dope as fuck
Three very good albums. The beats are insane and yes, he is a GOOD songwriter. Can't wait for "Teflon Don" to leak, looks like it'll be relatively soon and Ross will be 4/4 with his albums.
-
"ridin in the past like i'm drivin in a delorian" haha. T.I. killed his verse. Beat is fire as usual from Ross. Erykah Badu is dope on it too. Jada came tight too as I expected him too. Ross killed this shit too. Better than MM Pt. 2 and maybe on level of Pt.1 with Jigga.
Can't wait for "Teflon Don"
-
str8 up dope cut. the beat is very big cinematic stuff. possibly better than the last two. i dont like ti but his verse was solid. ross came nice and jada killed it. diggin erykah's hook. damn looks like ill be buying another solid myb near classic album from ross come july 20th.
as for justice league giving ross their best beats. this is how ross gets it, old school style: he actually goes into the studio with them whenever he can so they'll create it from scratch, with his ideas on what kind of sounds he wants, instead of gettin beats emailed. tawdow! classic production in the making when the artist and producers are together in the studio. so props to both ross n the league puttin their creative minds at work and making something timeless... this was said in a recent interview with justic league in the latest issue of the source mag.
-
This song is fucking dope. Everyone hating on Ross because he was a CO and whatever, get the fuck over it.
Like the song for what it is, if you hate the song for the SONG itself then fine, but if you don't like the song because of the artist then that's pretty stupid.

Did anybody bring that up? He's just a bad rapper. He basically pulled a Lil' Wayne, compared himself to Biggie & some people bought it lol.

What makes him a bad rapper? and what exactly is a "Lil Wayne"?
-
The song was a near classic until Ross messed it up. I didn't like the fact that the beat changed (into a horrible one.) The first beat was amazing, I love it. Cut out Rick Ross and the song is a near classic. Pretty ironic lol.
-
dope ass shit 8) 8) beat is just :o :o

i hate shock posters :grumpy:

No. "He just picked it". That's the whole point! He went into the studio with them, unlike most artist who just get their shit emailed. He picked the beat, knew that it was banging, which means he has a good ear for beats, which is a very important aspect of an artist. Plenty of other rappers would just pass on these beats or wouldn't been able to bring it out of the producers. Then he picked the right singer for the chorus and 2 guests who don't seem out of place. Quit acting like it's all pure luck that Ross is having the songs in his discography, like he's just randomly stuck by luck with getting these beats, guest features, making these songs... He's on his 4th album now, each one better than the previous one, that's not a coincidence anymore.

He's terrible, in almost every single aspect of Hip Hop besides having an ear for beats; the CO didn't help his rep, but if he was "that" dope, it wouldn't matter anyway.
& Wayne said he was the best alive & some people bought it & gave it a second chance; he compared himself to Biggie, nobody said "hey, you're like Biggie", he did it himself & some people gave him a second look.

LOL, there is absolutely NOTHING right with this song besides the beat. Both features are average as fuck, considering Jada usually kills features & T.I. can come 100 times harder than that. Ross is just bad, I can't think of a standout verse in his entire career.
Can you like an album just because of the beats? I guess, look at "2001", right? Well then again, Dr. Dre produced the entire album, so he would deserve the credit lol.
Rick Ross had nothing to do with how the beat was produced, besides maybe "picking it's direction", then Justice League just went to work & came up with a great beat; Ross has a good hear for beats? Sure, good job, Boss. But you still suck ass a rapper & nobody is listening to a single word, just your production.
Might as well just sell an instrumental album.
-
I don't like Ross. I never got into his music when he first stated blowing up off Hustlin' and his other singles. I became aware of him because of Immortal Technique Watch Out Freestyle. Then the beef with 50 put his music into my tape deck.
I still don't like Ross. Yes, him being a CO has increased my dislike for him but I never liked him before.
I respect his production choices and how he crafts an album through those choices. He deserves the credit for choosing beats with the same atmosphere and beats that he sounds nice over. I respect the production teams too. With this album I'm sure production was crafted for Ross where as an album ago or two one could argue he just randomly choose a beat - Justice League said they made beats for Jay-Z, he denied them, and Ross picked them. Now that he has his style people know what to craft for him.
I don't care if it makes me a hypocrite but I can't listen to him rhyme. His life story and then his fictional stories don't match which I'm fine with if he just said "Yeah, I was a CO and no I never did the shit I rap about. Deal with it."
-
This is a really dope track.. this album is going to be a classic
-
Cham that's your opinion. But I'd say plenty of people listen to his lyrics. When rappers rely solely on production they usually fade away and the public gets tired of them. But Ross gets more love with every album, for gods sake, he was exposed as a C.O. and that didn't hurt him one bit, he's even more popular now than he was a year ago.
And who gives a flying fuck if he's a C.O., everybody lies in their raps, big deal.
-
U say that as if its aite...u dont care or mind the person ur listenin 2 didnt do the shit they are claimin they "did" ?
-
Can't front, this track is dope, seriously homies got the sickest ear for beats
*edit* and this is coming from someone who doesn't fuck with Ross generally.
That Ricky Rozay thing is an instant L, he knows hes gonna lose the name so he's decided to make a new one up and act like he wanted it that way
-
i hate ross muzik, hes one of the worst/fakest...but real talk hasnt he used rozay b4 when refferin 2 himself on records...in which this could have been planned that when real freeway ricky ross takes charge...all the fakester gotta do is say fuck it u can have that name...that waz one of my aliases
-

please tell me some dope rhymes from this guy! cause i swear nobody never mentions his lyrics, and him being a c.o. will do nothing to today's fans hell wayne kissed baby and went plat in a week! hell he might do a mill plus if he says he got raped in jail,it's a different time in mainstream rap music now yell

This was 12 years in the makin'
no side deals with Satan
I'm dealin' with the maker (straight up)
Alot of homies ask what's a prayer (What's a prayer?)
A prayer is what kept me focused 12 years (12 years!)
A prayer is what saved me - I should of been indicted
Now my kids know Jay-Z (Shawn Carter)
A prayer is what kept me here, when 'em bullets cut the air
I fell and I just said a prayer
A prayer's like medicine
it will heal wounds, ask bush veterans (just ask)
big holes in a nigga side
Snub-nose .45, homeboy just close ya eyes
Put ya hands togetha, bow ya heads
One, keep me alive
Two, keep me out the feds
Three, gotta bless the kids
Fo', One Fo' the fam
Five, fo' the Dividends
Dear lord, here I am
-
This is a great song. Iv never enjoyed a Rick Ross album that much but this album is shaping up nicely.

^^^^that is not dope? prayer prayer prayer,1 2 3 4 5? heard those basics done way better, it got to be something of his that's dope tho. a song i liked of mr roberts was valley of death, to me that's a song he expressed himself the best especially touching on the c.o. shit but everything else is the same shit, great riding production (which west coast fans like) and not fucc'n up the song (his best quality), but dope lyrically nah "fucc a song or two that shit got to be normally you" yell
-
Chamillia is emo so dnt even pay attention 2 him, he`s still n his anti-celebrity child phase. But as far as this song goes this shit is bangn and i luvit. Ross coulda came a little harder on his verse tho, he forcd it to sound a little too epic, but tip jada and eryka did thay thing tho and of course tha beat boinks lol. best 1 yet.

LOL, emo. Says the guy who makes threads about his "saturday nights" so people think he's cool on the internet because he's in denial of how much his life really sucks.
All the verses are weak, you even said Ross could have "come harder" & considering you think Young Jeezy makes classic music, a verse you don't think is great has to be God awful lol.
-
^^^^^ :-*
:tosser: this guy again, dam son, u b ridin my dick hard as all concrete. same ol comebacks, same ol lines, same ol blah, what's it goin on 2 years now? just stop living in my shadow already.

LOL, you make an opinion, I comment on it, you realize you're dead wrong & you switch it to the personal battle. How predictable. Just take your L like a man & go sit in the corner.
Ross sucks, bottom line; Justice League came through with a great beat for him; you can bump it, fine. But at least just admit it's for instrumental purposes only because all verses, even from guys I like (T.I. & Jadakiss) were weak, just living because of the beat lol.
Stop frontin'.
-
^^^ You gotta realise some people are actually feeling this for the beat and the verses, different opinions are all valid bro, you don't like it, move on, and it'll never have to bother your life again.
To me, it's not the dopest T.I. verse and Jadakiss' best feature, but they both sound all good, Badu sounds sick on the hook, and Ross is Ross. The beat makes the track, but the rest of them aren't bad enough to take away from it, it's some dope laid back shit.
-
^^^^
tha broad is just emotional. she makes little kiddie comebacks thinking it aggrivates a nigga but it don't, i know that's the goal everytime.
it's a good song, beat-verses-and all, enuff said.

I love the vibe of the track. Same with Aston Martin Music

listened to this and didnt think it was that great. preferred the beat from part 2 more.

now what you said it's leonard's greatest quality as a rapper, tho i don't braille his lyrics,he never takes away from the production, if his album is playing in someone's ride or in the baccground it's not one of those "turn that wacc shit off" yell

You do realize the lyrics on this song were better than some of the lyrics on 2001 right?

What song?
