Disko Finishes Up "iProduce" - Drops New Video - By : Rud - August 1, 2010

The rapper/producer Disko from Inglewood has been a regular on Dubcnn over the years. Since his debut album "Tha Proof" was released in 2005 he has been steadily releasing material and appearing right here.

The same man that brought you Problem's smash hit I'm F-cked Up aka I'm Toe Up - which ended up getting Problem a record deal with Univeral Republic and a remix with Snoop Dogg, Kurupt, DJ Quik and Terrace Martin - continues to expand his horizons and work on new material.


Disko's last solo project Turnt Up was released on Dubcnn for free download in Summer 2008 and featured Problem, Eastwood, 211, K-Active, Spider Loc and S-Class.

Then late last year he released videos for the tracks I Came From The Ghetto and AddWater.

Earlier this year we alerted you to the fact that Disko is finishing up a new album called "iProduce" - the cover of which can be seen in full by clicking the update image. In Lil Jay's May update we brought you a brand new track called Golden State Of Mind that features Nipsey Hussle and Diamond Ortiz and is of course produced by Disko himself. Today we have a video for another track from the album, 5 Minutes" which can be seen below.

Out of all the shit that was just put up, this one is the hottest. I need that audio for this one.

The beat at the end is kickin too.

I must admit that this is one of the fresh beat indeed. Bassy, slick and with a nice groove to it. The raps are far from special tho, but it's nice enough for an occasional listen accompanied by liqour. So the audio would be appreciated.

Im also goin on tour in Japan Nov 17th thank to Killa Records, getting my passport in order, and i landed 2 trax on Cali Swags (Teach me How to Dougie) Capitol Records release

the video for '5 minutes' is sumthin diffrent, nice club tune and that beat at the end smacked it, that shit sounded like fire, plus that 'golden state of mind' tune is a sick summer tune, yes it is
