Was doing the monthly scan for Saigon info and found his X-Games write-up (he was performing) which says:
8 p.m.-11 p.m. DJ Bobby B from Kottonmouth Kings (Suburban Noize), Saigon, Glasses Malone and DJ Bobby B from Kottonmouth Kings (Suburban Noize) in between medal ceremonies and X Center
Since 2002, when Saigon speaks, people listen. The popularity of the up-and-coming rapper exploded as he took over the streets and the Internet with a collection of classic mixtapes that many fans consider mini-albums. Candidly outspoken and controversial, Saigon quickly became the talk of the town and a media favorite, heavily cosigned by a pack of A-List DJ's and producers, including Kay Slay, Whoo Kid, Enuff, Just Blaze, Mark Ronson, Alchemist, Buckwild and many others. Saigon is currently gearing up for the release of his Just Blaze produced debut album, The Greatest Story Never Told" on Abandoned Nation/Subnoize Records later this year.
SubNoize is KMK's label and houses artsits like La Coka Nostra, hed PE, Swollen Members, etc.
Last news I heard in June was he was filming a video for every song on the album with some upcoming director..

This guy used to be one of my favorite rappers & now?? This dude lost his chance a long time ago, he had a buzz & he ruined it. I guess thats what you get when you keep on dissapointing your fans with practically no music & no album. Maybe one day I'll start taking interest in his music again, MAYBE..

First of all: Who gives a fuck about buzz? We ain't the ones selling records... You telling me you ain't gonna check this album when it drops just cuz he have no buzz?
Second of all: Do you have the internet? He been dropping mixtapes and features steadily. Go on 2dopeboyz and search Saigon, that will give you more than an albums worth of material to check.

Its unfortunate whats happened to him, he is kind of having to start from scratch like a new artist, but hopefully now this is coming out he gets his recognition and can finally move on to do new albums and create a discography instead of a couple of "Warning Shots" offcut material.
He's a great rapper though so I hope it works out. I made a point at the time not to listen to a lot of the leaks because I wanted to get the album. Still not heard a lot of it to this day so hopefully its the classic everybody has been saying it is for the past 5 years.

Is it anywhere close to being released? Is there like a "Coming 2010" or "2011"?

Nah, if it is going to be released this year it would be Winter time.
He is also making an announcement of a new manager who is a fairly prominent hip-hop figure soon.
