Haven't seen this album discussed here. Anyone else listen to this? I just got into it this week and I can't stop playing it. This shit is a masterpiece and has a great theme for a concept album. This girl is my new fav. female artist. She is so versatile and kills every musical style that is thrown at her. I can't believe she isn't as popular as she should be.

u said just about everything that has to be said about her. crazy talent, on some andre 3k r&b type shit 8)

And, damn!, she can move. Her live performances and videos are unreal.

I know, it's too bad. Her album did get crazy reviews, though. She's rated #2 for best album this year on Metacritic (#1 is just a re-issued Rolling Stones album, so technically, she's got the top spot. Big Boi's #3). I don't think this album has sold very well, though. Like I said, I just started getting into her (aside from her Outkast features). Def. copped both her albums the other day!

isn't her first album more like a e.p.? either way +1 supporting real art.

Yeah, it's 7 tracks. I guess she has another one before that, too, called "The Audition". There's songs on Youtube from it, but I can't find a hard copy of it (two of the songs are on Big Boi's "Got Purp Vol. 2" album). 1st time I heard her was on the Idlewild soundtrack "Call The Law". One of the best songs on that album, imo. This ArchAndroid album is some serious shit. I've never heard anything like this before. Amazing listening experience. Only song I'm not feeling is that one w/ the Of Montreal group. Good lord, they're horrible (completely breaks up the album w/ trash like that). It's still easily one of the best albums I've heard, though.
