Shortage of love in the world
Like losing the sun, the warmth is gone
some people got eager
and started stealing the glow from the moon
till the moon was gone too
Some men got wise,
and searched for the light within
But when they tried to give it to others
They had to do it on the creep
Cause putting it out in the open
was like wild animals fighting over meat
Till the shit started to seem cheap
and the world forgot about love
and soon lived on hate
