This time it's no. 49 Sohichiro Amaya.

damn, those catches were incredible :o

The timing is ridiculous.
MLB players don't get the chance to make a catch like that though; I can't think of a MLB stadium that has a small fence like that behind the wall, because that's what these guys are holding onto to make the catch.
No disrespect to either of the catches though; they are amazing. :o

I'd say the closest would be the Oakland Coliseum, there isn't a fence but the wall isn't exactly one that would be hard climb up. The thought of someone climbing the ivy at Wrigley Field also comes to mind, lol.
Edit: Looks like the minor leagues have their fair share of catches as well (not the players though, lol).

Nice catch, but I still think the Devon White in center field tops this. If you read up on Whites catch, alot of people even say it was better than "The Catch" by Willie Mays in the world series. Same kind of catch, but White crashed into the wall and mays didnt. And the ground that White covered to get to his ball was more impressive also. AND, it should have been a triple play! In the World Series!

^I'd mark it as the greatest play ever if they turned three on it.
But I'm just talking about the catch; a triple play would require what we saw; a catch, a throw back in, people whipping it around the infield, etc.
With that Endy play, he timed that so beautifully, full extension, over the fence; the throw back in to double the guy up at first was impressive too, but just the flat out catch is what I'm talking about.
