basically, I'm trying to go to this website www.jaffari.org
every time though it gives me this message:
Firefox can't find the server at www.jaffari.org.

I tried using Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, no luck. I also know that the website is working because other people are able to get on.
I tried cleaning out my cookies, history, etc. but that didn't help. I turned off my modem and turned it back on, that didn't help either.
I haven't tried resetting my modem, but I might try that later on.
Aside from using a proxy, any suggestions on how I might be able to get to that website?

im throwing a wild guess out there... maybe cus you live in Canada?? other then that then the only reason i can think of is maybe Satan visited that website

LOL I wouldn't be surprised i Satan did visit it; it's a Canadian organization though for our community in Toronto.
its annoying that I can't get to the site; might have to proxy it :-\

I would say something with ur DNS, try resetting ur modem and do the "repair/renew IP" option on ur network settings.
PS: are you fasting?

and indeed I'm fasting; hasn't been too bad thus far (although I get thirsty at work because of talking to customers).

430ish AM to 830ish PM. and we cannot drink liquid either.

After the fast, we can eat anything halal. Its hard to stuff yourself though; I usually have a sandwich, some appetizers and a snack or two, plus some water once I open it. I have to stretch it out though over a couple of hours lol.

^^lol nah; I almost accidentally did though on Friday. I had like a minute or two left and was about to take a sip but I remembered right before lol.

lol, it takes a very strong mental, I commend you. At least you can look forward to Eid Al Fitr, u get to catch up on all the food u missed? :laugh:

Not sure what could be the problem. The site works fine for me. I'm practically computer illiterate but hopefully someone knows what's up.
