Hit r&b singer, and ex-Murder INC artist, Lloyd recently had a studio session with hip hop's top producer, and rap veteran, Dr Dre. Saying Dre plalyed some of his "Detox" album for him, Lloyd says the album is a true representation of what West Coast music is all about.
"He played me a lot of the Detox album, which is incredible -- it sounds like, history," Lloyd revealed in an interview. "It's classic, it's epic, it's like L.A., stand up, it's like West Coast. You know, I'm from the South so for me to hear Dr. Dre's music and, I don't know, this guy's, he's a legend and he's not the youngest guy in the game so for him to still have the youth by the balls and be able to come out with stuff that is constantly changing music in the horizon, I think that that's incredible. And it felt like magic."

Yeah it's so west with all those appearances by Wayne, Jay-Z, T.I.....I would say that too if I was Lloyd, he prob got a nice chunk of change from Interscope for whatever he did

we don't know shit until it drops, until then NO ONE (besides Dre) has a definitive answer as to it's SOUND & or FEATURES.

Do you ever read anything online? He works with T.I., Lil Wayne, and Jay-Z is rumored for the single. Eminem and 50 are on it and they sure aren't from California...Cube isn't on it. So who is goin to be on it from the West? Snoop gets a few verses and maybe a verse or a hook from Game. That's it. There's no Young Keno, Eastwood, Ya Boy, Glasses Malone and legends like Too Short and E-40 aren't even on it. Maybe a backdoor chance of Kurupt or Xzibit being hypeman on a track. Go look at who the names are they are paying to record on it -- they aren't going to waste a bunch of money cutting checks to big names and not use their verses. Jay-Z and Wayne don't record for free.

It will go diamond first week.. lol not really.. but it will sell way more than Recovery.. Its fuckin Detox.. and everybody who, right now, doesnt give a fuck bout Detox will re-gain interest whenever they hear a first official single, an official video, a tracklist and a release date! .

Technically Jay-Z was not on the track, technically he wrote it. And only a selected group of hip hop fans knows/ cares about this.
