As we reported back in April, Bay Area veteran Mr. Kee is gearing up for the release of his new solo album "The Great Paper Chase", which will be dropping on September 21st through Money-N-Muscle/Empire Distributions. Back then we dropped a first preview track off the album called "I Don't Dance" and now we're back with a new exclusive leak.
Mr. Kee has a song on his album called "Underdog", featuring Nate Dogg, Mitchy Slick and J-Diggs. Some of you may have heard the Nate Dogg vocals before, as they were leaked and were rumoured to be from "Detox" sessions.
Here they are in their final version on the Mr. Kee album:

Aside from the artists on this song, the album also features Ya Boy, Clyde Carson, Mistah FAB and Erk Tha Jerk just to name a few. Look out for dubcnn's exclusive interview with Mr. Kee to drop in the next few days.
Kee also recently leaked a remix to the current Wiz Khalifa single "Black & Yellow" which he flipped into "Black & Orange" representing the Bay Area, check it out below:

-
it isn't Nate Dogg. just a common misconception
-
Apparently they cleared the vocals so it should be legit? im not 100% this is what kee said in the interview.
-
Good ol Nate 8) 8)
-
Not Nate Dogg. I'm positive about that.
-
Fortunately I am not focused on the Nate Dog vocals, I like the song.

Hmm the guy who sings that hook definitely try to sound like Nate Dogg it's definitely Nate Dogg style the way it is sang but it's not Nate Dogg... or may be it has been recorded after the first track because I heard couple songs from Nate after the first stroke and his voice it's kind of different

That would be a news if you could prove that Nate has recorded some material after his stroke. I seriously doubt about it.
-
First stroke! and after his second one no I dont think he's recorded anything

That is what i was saying: after his first stroke he DID NOT record music. Unless you can prove it, you talked about some songs you have listened to.
-
yeah, can you name the songs?
-
Well I'm not sure anymore now that I see you're so confident about the fact that Nate didn't record songs after his first stroke
but these songs "Latoya", "No Love" and "Prison Walls" leaked on Nate's myspace in 2008 and his voice seems different on it to me.
Here's the song "Latoya" in case you never heard it ;)

Yeah i've got those songs but nobody can really tell when they were recorded. Regarding all his featurings out after his strokes, every artists asked said the material was recorded before the first stroke, Warren G, Nelly, Knoc Turn'Al, bozak trybe etc.. But maybe Nate on his own recorded songs after the first stroke. Who reliable enough could tell us?
-
Up!
So any way to find out if is it really Nate?? even if i got strong doubts.
