I don't give a shit how much the Mariners suck Felix is by far the best pitcher, fuck the haters.
-
I love King Felix. But I'm feeling David Price; possibly CC.
-
let's go CC

Now I don't want to ruin anything, but the creation of this thread is becoming ironic.
YA FEEL ME, REMEDY? ;)

I'd give it to Hernandez, over Lee second.

Look at the stats my dude, Felix is better than all the other candidates in every category besides wins, but that's because the Mariners have a historically terrible offense. Lol, I haven't caught on to the irony though..

He had a no-hitter going on into the 8th last night lol. You made this thread in like the 3rd inning of that game. :P Ironic lol.
I agree, Felix has great stats, but wins are important in the eyes of voters.

Writers are slowly coming around and realizing how wins a poor way of indicating how good a pitcher is. It's sought of like using RBI's in your argument to prove why one player is better than another. Plus you had Greinke who won it last year with 16 wins. I would give it to King Felix, it's not his fault he plays for one of the worst teams in Baseball. I think CC gets it this years though because he is having a great season but those 20 wins will push him over everyone else. If I could vote I would go
King Felix
Price
CC

I respect CC and Price cause they both pitch in arguably the two worst pitching stadiums in our league, but Felix is clearly the best pitcher in the AL (and arguably baseball).

& they pitch in the toughest division.
Felix is likely the best in the MLB though.

Lol, that reminded me how I'd hate to be Ubaldo Jimenez when he has to pitch at home.
Felix definatly should've been chosen to pitch at the All-Star game instead of Hughes. As much as I like CC I feel like the Yankees' pitchers get lazy since their offence is impressive.

Another one run game against a great hitting team. If Felix doesn't win, I will never watch another MLB game.

20 wins vs 12
voters love #'s

^ But he's got no control over the worst offense in MLB history (not an exageration http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/story?id=5584763&sportCat=mlb) . Greinke won in last year on a shit team with stats not as dominant as Felix. Felix is leading the league in strikeouts, innings pitched, ERA, and WHIP by strong margins.. CC and Price are great pitchers but if one of them wins it'll show how stupid voters are since Felix is clearly the best. Obviously it's difficult to pitch in the midst of a pennant race, but it's gotta be just as hard to go out and pitch for the worst offensive team ever knowing you're probably not gonna get any run support, and STIlL pitch at an incredibly high caliber.
