1. Down 4 Mine - 5/5. Great beat. Cool what Pimp C says ("this my first solo album") not counting Sweet James Jones Stories & calling Pimpalation a compilation. This is a classic Pimp C song. Has that historical UGK sound.
2. What Up - 3/5. - Not a UGK/Pimp C sounding song at all. U can tell they made this around Drake & Boi-1da. Sad, tryna' sell records. Not a bad song per say, average, but nothing Pimp C/UGK fans wanna hear.
3. Love 2 Ball - 4/5. Back to a classic UGK sounding track. Sounds like something that would have been on there self-titled double disc album. Chamillionaire fits it well. This is a winner.
4. Fly Lady - 3.5/5. A little more mainstream but does sound like something Pimp C would have made (in the "Pimpalation" days). Jazze Pha fits it well. Sounds good on it actually.
5. Since the 90s - 4.5/5. This my shit right here. Definition of a song Pimp C would make right here. Hook is dope as fuck, as is the beat. Gator Mane & E-40 kill it too.
6. Dickies - 3.75/5. More modern southern right here. Still cool though. Beat is dope. Hook is eyy. All the verses straight. Good album cut.
7. Made 4 Me - 3.5/5. Sounds like some Pimp/Short. It's a cool record but I don't love it. It's not mind blowing to me. Don't get me wrong, it's cool though. Instru. playing at the end for a long time sounded real cool though
8. Midnight Hoes - 3.75/5. Beat tight. Pimp C worked here. Rick Ross was ok. Slim Thug had the best verse. He impressed for sure. Another good album cut.
9. Believe In Me - 4/5. A cut for all the ppl Pimp C fucked with to get there shine on. And that's ok. Beat and Pimp verse tight. Lovin' the hook too. I liked Cory Mo & Bankroll Jones. Track is pretty cold.
10. Hit the Parking Lot - 4.25/5. Fuck what ya heard, always love UGK/Webbie/Boosie collabs. Beat is hot as fuck. Webbie starts it off fresh with a tight flow. Boosie always entertaining and funny at the same time lol. Pimp C was tight too.
11. Colors - 3.5/5. Beat is cool. Hook is alright too. Refresh my memory but I don't remember Da Underdawgz from any UGK albums. Nothing special but decent.
12. Go 2 War - 4.75/5. Hook and beat are tight. Probably the best Pimp C verse on the album. Love it. Bun B really killed this too. Maybe his best verse in a while? I can't recall the last time I enjoyed a Bun B verse THIS much. Cool to see J-Dawg getting to spit on here. He's pretty good too. Love this record.
13. Massacre - 4.75/5. Haha, they would end the Pimp C album like this. Lil Troy? for sure. I was surprised at the one line "U think I'm ridin for Face, that ain't the case". He was riding for Rap-A-Lot as a whole (including Face obviously). It's not a diss at Face, but still surprised Pimp would say that. He went at Troy hard on here. Dope song.
Best songs (no order)
Down 4 Mine
Love 2 Ball
Since the 90s
Believe In Me
Hit the Parking Lot
Go 2 War
Massacre
Everyone who was worried after hearing 'What Up' (and news) that this album wouldn't be done properly, put that to rest. This is a real Pimp C solo album, minus one song, exactly how he would want it presented to his fans. A job well done for sure.
To sum up, all Pimp C/UGK fans will be satisfied.

I'm Kind of disappointed in it but I figured I would be because he didn't finish it.
Sweet James Jones & Pimpalation were so good it set a high standard for this one. That might just be the only reason. That cover is horrible also it looks like the girls are holding up a corpse...
