Since 2001 I just have not been feelin his work. I did not feel the stuff he did on last meal, Eminem Show, Restless, Man Vs. Machine, or Devin. I thought Some of the beats were cool but nothing to go and tell someone about.
but these two new 50 Cent beats sound real dope. Back down and In da club are straight heat. It's not 2001 type shit but it's the next best thing. I think it took Dre awhile to get over the lost of Scott Starch. but it seems like he has found someone else who is helping give him some heat. I hope he keeps dropping this type of qulity.
What ya'll think.

well i wish i could comment but i havent heard the 50 tracks yet. (gotta wait til i get back to school) i did like 2 outta 3 on em show, but as much as i hate to admit it, i wasn't feelin his production on M vs M. i really think dre has been savin his top notch production for detox, rakim, and apparently 50. i've never doubted his ability and i'm not gonna start now. peace

Same here. I felt Em's production was better suited on TES, not that Dre's beats were bad but I just felt Em's beats more so. As for MVM I don't think that was his best work, but again they were still better than alot of shit being released this year. I just think he is concentrating on bringing something top notch to OMG, Detox, 50's album etc, and they are the releases i'm most looking forward too.
